Got a Question, ACA has an Answer!
The leadership at ACA, along with our PACS Board, would like to offer a safe place where you can ask a question, or multiple questions, knowing that we care and want to hear from you. You are an important parent to our ACA community! We will give all questions careful consideration, and will try to communicate with clarity - promising to answer as best as we can. Please understand that this is a new process. We are hopeful it will provide an additional communication pathway for our community.
About this form:
1. This is a form to ask questions.
2. Submit the “Got a Question” form below.
3. If you choose to submit your name and information, you will receive an email and/or call from either an ACA Administrator or a PACS Board Member.
4. ALL submissions will be collected by the last Thursday of every month.
5. ALL submissions will be reviewed by the last Friday of every month by the ACA administration team and the PACS president.
6. The Administrative team and/or PACS holds the right to communicate the need for more time to answer to a question as needed.
7. The responses to all submitted “Got a Question, ACA has an Answer!” questions will be emailed out to our ACA families, and posted below on the PACS website, no later than the first Friday of every month.
What this form is NOT:
1. A place to voice complaints, blame, slander or bashing of any sort.
2. A place for repeating questions. Unless, the answer has changed, a repeated question's response will state where to find the answer from past publications.
3. This form is NOT perfect. We are learning and have a desire to best inform you, our parents, with up-to-date information and answers as possible.
4. This does NOT replace the Pony Express (K-8) email information or the High School Newsletter. PLEASE take the time to read them as they will answer most questions you may have.
