Winter Workshop
Saturday, December 9th; 9am - Noon
Addenbrooke Gymnasium
Winter Workshop is a family friendly community event where you and your child(ren) can make a variety of crafts to gift family and friends during the holiday season.
Craft kits are available for purchase in advance. The day of the event, come any time between 9am - Noon to collect your kit. You and your kid(s) will have all the instructions and supplies needed to complete your craft on site. We even provide a wrapping station so you don't have anything left to do when you get home!

Craft Kit Prep
Dates: 11/28 - 12/7
Help us prepare kits by counting, cutting, portioning, and bagging items so they're ready to go the day of the event!
Event Help, Set Up and Tear Down
Dates: 12/8 and 12/9*
Help us group kits by family, set up the gym the day before, or clean up after crafting is done.
*While your help is needed on the day of the event, you will be assisting us BEFORE or AFTER crafting time, so you won't miss participating with your family!

Payment Options
Know which kits your student(s) want to make this year? Print and fill out your ORDER FORM and return to school with your chosen method of payment no later than Friday, November 17th.
If you choose to order online and pay the additional fee, you'll have until Saturday, November 25th to get those orders in!
Cash
We recommend an envelope labeled "Winter Workshop for (student's name)" attached to your printed order form. Don't forget to turn in your cash and form no later than November 17th!
Check
All checks should be made out to "PACS". Don't forget to turn in your check and form no later than November 17th!
